The Menu Recipes For a Healthy and Sweet Lifestyle
When I arrived at the garden, a healthy gopher scurried away from our tomato plants. We have millions of green tomatoes that will ripen into juicy red fruits, so I don't mind sharing. I graduated from the Scottsdale Culinary Institute with a Certificate in Baking and Pastry. Since graduating, I have experimented with fresh, organic, and locally grown ingredients to create decadent desserts as well as robust meals. My goal is to create healthy and sweet cuisine for my family. I am also greatly intrigued by the unique environment found in Tucson. The Sonoran Desert offers quite an array of wild animal life and distinct vegetation that continually inspire my cooking and writing.
